MagConf - How To Remote Control

• 4 Steps to connect, min 15 seconds to complete. Voice/Camera are enabled.

• Tell the password to administrator, or info by email.

• Admin side will use the same password and method to connect.

• There will be a UAC window after connection. Due to security reason, if require to install software, press YES, otherwise press NO.

• How to install software on remote controlled computer. When controlled computer connected, a DOS command will start up. Put the software inside download folder, type the software file name in DOS, then press {Enter} to install.

• How to send file from user to admin. Due to security reason, you cannot get user file on admin side.
• You need to "Enter One to One Communication" on user popup menu, then select send file on user computer.
